We are a licensed husband and wife realtor team, living in southern Vermont.

Alice, wife of Richard, has been involved in real estate for
thirty years, primarily on the legal side of the business.
Working with lawyers has made her a natural to work with sellers
and the listing of their properties. Watching out for clients
best interests has always been her expertise, and, being a
native Vermonter and a local from Manchester, makes her a
natural to assist those who wish to sell their homes. Of course,
she is always willing to work with you, the buyer.

Richard, husband of Alice, has held a variety of careers, from
construction worker to welder, accountant to computer programmer,
and finally, and he might add happily, to real estate agent.
His lifetime desire to help people is satisified through real
estate, where people work with a broker in order to fulfill
their needs. Richard likes to work with the buyers, and in all
phases of the real estate transaction.

We have access to all of the Realtor listings in Vermont. Please
contact us with the type of house that you are searching for as
well as the area or areas of Vermont that you are interested in
and we will send you a personalized listing of properties that fit
your criteria. We provide listings for houses, condominiums, vacation
homes, and land.
Why we do a better job
As licensed realtors we have access to the Vermont MLS (Multiple
Listing Service) database that is updated continuously. Realtor
websites contain listings that can be outdated, so that special
property may be available but not yet on the computer, or, worse
yet, may already be sold!
Other services
As life-long residents of the area, we can assist you in your relocation
efforts by providing information on your chosen area of the state,
such as schools, community services and recreational activities.
We can also provide assistance with financing and building contracts.
